I, the Godwoken is a chronicle in Divinity: Original Sin II.

Chronicle pages contain extensive spoilers.

Will we be able to set sail?

Chronicle content may vary based on party choices.

Board the Lady Vengeance.
  • The Lady Vengeance now had the Seekers for crew, and a new captain too: Malady.
  • The ship was immobile, refusing all orders to set sail. Malady asked us to remedy the situation.
  • Alexandar had survived the battle, but only barely. He was taken captive and held aboard the ship.
Interact with Tarquin.
  • We found Tarquin locked in Dallis' cabin. An odd man in many respects, he claimed to have been her prisoner.
Kill a certain crewmember.
  • We decided that we couldn't trust Tarquin, so we killed him.
  • We found an ancient lizard songbook in Dallis' cabin. Within is a song of control.
Finish the assassination mission.
  • We put Alexandar out of his misery and ours. The Bishop is dead.
Set sail on the Lady Vengeance.
  • Dallis and her Magister forces, along with a mysterious acolyte named Vredeman, attacked from the sea.
Protect Malady.
Bless a deity in the Hall of Echoes.
  • There, I once more encountered the Gods. They were hanging from a tree, bleeding Source.
  • I blessed my god. It was revitalized. As Godwoken I must rise and become Divine, saving the Gods - and the world - from the Void.
  • As a dark force approached, my god returned me to the ship. There, we found ourselves alone.
Speak with the crew.
  • We found the crew belowdecks, greatly diminished. Malady used her last reserves of power to return us to the mortal world.
