The Eternal Worshipper is a quest in Divinity: Original Sin II. It is initiated by speaking with Gratiana in Amadia's Sanctuary or reading the Tattered Blueprint in the Tower of Braccus Rex.

Find Gratiana's Soul Jar.
Gratiana sent us to find the Soul Jars in Braccus Rex's vault. A map of the vault hints at illusions, Soul Jars, and Braccus Rex. Gratiana's jar may be there.

Deal with Gratiana's Soul Jar.
We found Gratiana's Soul Jar.

Quest complete.
If returning the jar: We gave Gratiana her Soul Jar. She was deeply grateful. If absorbing the soul: We stole the Source from Gratiana's Soul Jar. If ignoring Gratiana: We left the island without helping Gratiana.

Walkthrough

After talking to Gratiana, head northeast from Amadia's Sanctuary to the Dark Cavern labelled 'Mysterious Cave' at   X: 516  Y: 70   on the minimap. Follow the steps to complete The Vault of Braccus Rex. Gratiana's Soul Jar is in the room Madman's Enclave. Retrieve the jar and return to the sanctuary. Either choose to give Gratiana her soul jar back, yielding 4200 XP, consume it, yielding 2100 XP and rare loot, or pretend to return the soul jar and break it, yielding 4200 XP and the loot left behind.

Tutorial

Optional: Speak with Gratiana at Amadia's Sanctuary to initiate the quest.
Enter the Dark Cavern via the Hollow Marshes at   X: 516  Y: 70  .
Complete The Vault of Braccus Rex.
In the final room, named Madman's Enclave, retrieve Gratiana's Soul Jar.
Return the Soul Jar to Gratiana in the Sanctuary (+4200 XP).
