Find the corpse of Garvan's master.
From Garvan's flesh we learned that he killed Liam, his master, somewhere near a bridge.

Dig down.
We followed the blood to a shallow grave.

Identify the killer.
In the grave we found a corpse - a trader, murdered by someone he knew.

Speak with the spirit of Liam.
Liam's ghost wants revenge on his killer.

Execute Garvan.
Liam wants us to return with proof of Garvan's death.

Bring Garvan's head to the spirit of Liam.
We killed Garvan.

Quest complete.
Garvan's head was eaten. Without proof of his revenge, Liam can't be at peace. We left Reaper's Coast, the matter unresolved.
