Slane is a dragon located in the Dragon's Beach of the Hollow Marshes in Divinity: Original Sin II.
Background
Slane was a Dragon Knight before being enslaved by 
Radeka the witch. She purged him of his source and bound him to chains to keep him on the Dragon's Beach of Reaper's Eye.
Though he is in dragon form when you meet him, entering combat with him will change his form into a blue Lizard.
