Slane is a dragon on Dragon's Beach in the Hollow Marshes of Divinity: Original Sin II.
Background
Slane was a Dragon Knight before being enslaved by 
Radeka the witch. She purged him of his source and bound him to chains to keep him on Dragon's Beach in Reaper's Eye.
Though he is initially in dragon form, entering combat causes him to become a blue lizard.
