Involvement
Act One
Using the 
Pet Pal talent, the player character can speak to Feder at X: x Y: y . Eventually, (TBA) you can talk to her and convince her to go to Amadia's Sanctuary. There, if you activate the pool thing (TBA) it will turn Feder back into a human.
