Rulah is an elven sourcerer found in the Caverns of Fort Joy in Divinity: Original Sin II.
After defeating the frogs in the deeper part of the caverns, coming back to the camp will initiate dialogue with Rulah where she thanks the player for getting rid of the frogs to protect the children. This grants the party 600 xp.
