The Armoury is a quest in Divinity: Original Sin II. This quest is initiated upon entering the Decrepit Ruins in the Hollow Marshes.

Objectives

Open the armoury door.
  • Magisters lie dead at the door of an ancient armoury. Did the door do this to them?
Explore the second room.
  • We opened the door to the second room.
Examine the monolith.
  • Inside, we found a strange monolith.

Walkthrough

After entering the Decrepit Ruins, a diseased Magister Sang can be found in front of a large door. You may choose to spare his life, but he dies regardless. If you kill him, he grants you 1700 xp.

Note: If you do not already have the Bless ability, continue this quest later.

The source fountain at   X: 334  Y: 480   may be used to gain a source charge. Use bless on the lever at   X: 314  Y: 480   for 300 xp and flip the lever. Go back to the source fountain and get another source point before entering the next room which gives you 2100 xp. Interact with the glowing monolith at   X: 319  Y: 502   and infuse it with source.

Tutorial

  1. Enter Decrepit Ruins
  2. Talk to and/or kill magister Sang (+1700 xp)
  3. Get source from source fountain at   X: 334  Y: 480  
  4. Bless the lever at   X: 314  Y: 480   (+300 xp)
  5. Grab another source point
  6. Enter Braccus' Armoury (+2100 xp)
  7. Infuse monolith with source (+900 xp)
