This chapter is after The Merryweather and you are on the beach of Fort Joy. Throughout the beach you can find a myriad of npc's. As well as the initial waypoint.
- Sir Lora The squirrell is located at x:181 y:307 on the beach. Past the voidlings.
- Tam, a small child, can be found at x:216 y:363. Down the stairs past the waypoint.
- Trice, a small child from the lifeboat, can be found at x:165 y:245. Near the coastline past the broken bridge.
Heading south, you will encounter a interrogationscene with Magister Atusa. You learn more about Bishop Alexander and The Hammer throughout the entry way of the town and a "potential cure" for the darkness within the player.
- Elodi, an elf, who you can be seen being shaken down right inside the Fort Joy Ghetto's gates. Talk to her and you will find out that she is a famed assasin. Doing this iniates the quest The Shakedown.w
