Ricks is one of the magisters herding sourcerers aboard The Merryweather to Fort Joy in Divinity: Original Sin II. He is found on the third floor of the ship, cowering next to magister Murtof (coords: x80, y193).
Upon entering the room, you must pass a persuasion check, else you will enter combat with the two, both starting at half HP.
