Elodi is an elf in Fort Joy in Divinity: Original Sin II.
Right as you enter Fort Joy, Elodi, Ifan ben-Mezd, Burro, and Kana are in an argument. Interacting with this group will initiate The Shakedown quest. If you choose to side with Elodi and Ifan, she will lead you to the Caverns.
In the Caverns, Elodi informs you of their leader, Sahelia, and offers you a severed head as thanks.
