Windego first appears on The Hold in the Stern Room as one of its captives being interrogated by three magisters. Upon approaching them, you hear her confess to the killing of the sourcerer. Eventually she casts Source Blast, killing every non-source user aboard, and knocking all sourcerers (with the exception of Fane) unconscious as she vanishes.
