Nericon was an evil despot who ruled Rivertown during the Age of Deception. He declared Rivertown as the site of a magnificent garden. To minimize disruption from his rich supporters, Nericon ordered the palace guard to set the poor areas of town ablaze. Thousands of slaves created Nericon's Garden, which Nericon used to store his treasures in a hidden vault.
