Micheil Ros asked us to save Queen Justinia from executing Isbeil's diabolical plan. To get to Justinia we must go to Micheil Ros' basement, then use Lulabelle's wine to enter the sewers. A secret door lies somewhere beyond.

Explore the sewers.
The dwarven royal guard have been seen int he sewers. Strange. Ros' directions led to the sewers. We can follow the stink of Deathfog from there.

Confront Justinia.
Queen Justinia's attack on Arx was intended to defend her people from the Divine Order.

Quest complete.
We spared the queen. She may yet find redemption.
